Up To £27K + 20 Days Holiday (Increasing to 25 Days After 1 Year)

Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Our client is a vibrant, technology driven print management company based in the South East. They differ from other print management companies as they specialise in servicing the high net worth end of the financial markets, publishing, charities etc. where quality, speed of response and flexibility is of paramount importance.

They are looking to recruit an Account Executive to join their growing team, responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager, and ensuring all customers receive excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in conjunction with account team to develop a thorough understanding of customers' needs to ensure their requirements are met
  • Respond to customers and suppliers queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Receive quote requests from the customer and provide accurate and detailed responses within the target response time
  • Confirm, monitor and progress chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards
  • Manage the production board for the account team, ensuring it is always up to date and contains the correct information
  • Manage the website imagery for the account team
  • Manage call-offs to ensure delivery as requested
  • Ensure customers stock is pro-actively monitored and that stock levels are maintained to a sufficient quantity to meet the agreed customers' requirements
  • Make arrangements for customers to receive specified reports as and when required
  • Successfully purchase stock - the price, quality and availability of which meet the requirements confirmed by the customer
  • Obtain and compare quotes from our preferred suppliers, clearly recognising commercially viable prices that will result in maximum profit
  • Monitor the progress of orders to ensure they arrive with the customer on or earlier than the delivery date originally agreed
  • Manage artwork and proof submission and approval between the supplier and the client
  • Provide administration support for your designated account team
  • Answer the phones and take messages for colleagues in a professional manner
  • Ensure copies of all printed matter are filed for your account team
  • Maintain office and own desk area in a tidy and professional manner, adopting good practises and correct filing of all paperwork
  • Acquire a good knowledge and understanding of the company's suite of online solutions to enable quotes and orders to be processed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Have a thorough understanding of the ISO requirements and ensure compliance
  • Provide support / cover for members of sales department as required
  • Complete any other tasks, as and when requested by senior members of staff

  • Good understanding of print production equipment and process capabilities
  • Good understanding of quality standards as they relate to production procedures and processes

  • Numerate and Literate
