Our client is a large format digital and signage company based in the South East. They offer a full service from concept to design and installation to a variety of clients in London and the South East. They pride their business on quality and service, they use the highest-grade materials and machinery to produce top class products.

They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager / Sales Executive to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage projects / opportunities
  • Liaising with key decision makers
  • Meeting clients and carrying out surveys
  • Taking briefs and delivering ideas
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Organising quotes for new / existing clients and following a job through from concept to installation
  • Quote, chase and close quotes
  • Liaising with all internal departments to ensure jobs are produced to client's requirements
  • The successful candidate will be required to help with production & installation on occasion
  • Targeting and generating new business alongside managing and growing accounts


Requirements:
  • Previous signage experience is essential
  • Previous experience using Xero would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • The drive and experience to achieve and surpass targets
  • Able to understand technical information and communicate customer requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependant, self-motivated and determined
  • Willing to go above and beyond to deliver quality products and meet strict deadlines
  • Presentable at all times
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment
