Our client is a leading signage manufacturer providing the full solution from design, manufacture through to installation. They offer a range of signage products including bespoke, architectural, way-finding, electronic, LED and safety signage to the private and public markets such as Healthcare, Construction, Corporate, University's, College's and Local Governments.


They are currently looking to recruit a Buyer / Estimator to join their expanding team.


Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with clients to gain a full understanding of their business and requirements
  • Gain approvals of both costs and manufacture from the client
  • Maintain good communications with in-house departments and external contractors throughout the life of the project
  • Prepare detailed works orders for all production and installation requirements
  • Assist clients with specifications
  • Ensure accurate estimating / job costing
  • Plan, implement and schedule project timelines
  • Gather all required project information
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment
  • Maintain a flexible approach and to carry out any other reasonable additional duties as requested


Requirements:
  • Previous experience using Clarity would be ideal
  • Manufacturing & production knowledge
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Customer focus
  • Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
