Business Systems Administrator
Following on from the recent changes to the management team, we are now seeking to recruit a Business Systems Administrator to work alongside and report into the Continuous Improvement Manager. The key objective of the role will be to take the day to day responsibility for managing our bespoke Business System (Paladin), ensuring it’s properly maintained and further developed to meet our future business needs, while offering support to production with regards any occuring issues.
What aspects are involved in this role?
•Day to day management and maintenance of the business system.
•Setting up new customers and managing pricing structures, templates and technical information held within system.
•Understanding all business processes and identifying what is (and setting up system to retrieve) useful data.
•Implementation of process changes and improvement projects based around systems use.
•Designing and writing bespoke Crystal reports for any aspect of the business (including production, stocks, sales & accounts).

•Methodical approach with a logical, analytical mind.
•Tenacious approach to problem solving and knowledge of techniques required to gain positive results.
•Thorough understanding of Excel and similar software packages.
•An understanding of LEAN principles.
•Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
•Team working ethos, alongside an ability to work alone.
•Good communication style and proven ability to positively influence others.
As our business system is bespoke to the die-making industry, we will provide full in-depth training on the Paladin system etc. to the successful candidate.
