A high-quality printer which prides itself on providing outstanding print to the luxury sector is looking for a dynamic, persuasive and confident Account Executive to join its award-winning customer experience team. Providing a personal service that will help build long standing relationships with its customers, you will maximise new and existing business development opportunities. This requires someone who can excel at communicating externally which also striking great rapport internally too.


You must have a passion for print, customer service, a creative flair and a proven track record for generating results. This position would suit an existing account manager who is looking for their next challenge in a growing business, thrives on and can demonstrate success in developing accounts and new opportunities for long term results.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• First line support to the Sales Manager including management of existing and new customer enquiries

• Ascertaining client need and writing print briefs for the production teams

• Working with the production team to scope new print enquiries, producing quotations and liaising directly with the client

• Creation of proposals/presentations, collating print samples, researching ideas and trends for new or existing clients

• Dealing with in-bound enquiries

• Prospecting new business opportunities based on PSE criteria

• Prospecting contact information of key decision makers

• Managing client opportunities from enquiry to order

• Building long term client relationships

• Updating CRM

• Performance delivery against set KPI’s

Person requirements

Qualifications and experience requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Passion and drive to deliver results and achieve sales targets

• Confident, charismatic, persuasive with a strong will to deliver exceptional customer service

• Can do attitude and tenacity

• Confident telephone manner

• Creative flair and a budding print geek

• Ability to work under pressure and constantly juggle priorities

• Competitive and commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills

• Good organisational skills and great attention to detail

• Ability to work to strict deadlines

• Ideally experience of working in or with busy marketing departments

• Enjoy being part of a busy team

• Computer literacy essential (such as word, excel, powerpoint)

• Happy to go the extra mile and only happy to go home once they know the customer is delighted
