Internal Telesales & Account Management | Commercial Litho, Digital, Large Format & Direct Mail | Surrey | £25k-£28k
With several well known names and many small and medium sized enterprises amongst their client list, this company provides litho, digital and large format print alongside full direct mail capabilities. Boasting access to the latest and best available technologies and suppliers across the country, they now require additional resources in Internal Sales to develop a number of fantastic fast paced accounts.
Working in Internal Sales & Account Management you will be responsible for:
- Maximising sales revenue of existing customers through direct telephone selling of current and additional products
- Working closely with the team to support to the sales function
- Nurturing all prospects and converting quotations into orders
- Generating leads from telemarketing
For this role to suit you will enjoy being on the phone, quickly building rapport and establishing interest. You will be able to overcome objections and express the benefits of the company’s services.
Key attributes required:
- Proven skills in customer service and sales support
- Account management/business to business sales experience/telesales or field sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels
- Excellent objection handling skills
- The ability to persuade and influence
- Skills to negotiate effectively
