£Open Depending on Experience + Overtime (Paid at Time + ½) + 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Hours of Work: 8:00am - 4:30pm OR 9:00am - 5:30pm

Our client are a leading sign and graphics company based in the South East. They offer a wide product range including exhibitions, retail displays, POS, signage and graphics.

They are currently looking to recruit a 'hands-on' Signage Production Manager to join their existing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Training and managing the production team consisting of 6 people
  • Lead and manage the production team through the production process ensuring all work is manufactured, delivered and installed to the highest standards achievable
  • Develop production planning schedule, quality control process, delivery / installation process and schedule
  • Develop and train all production team members to ensure necessary skills and work standards are developed and maintained
  • Ensure all roles have clear job specifications with clear responsibilities
  • Work effectively across internal departments
  • Raise any issues and seek solutions to problems in a proactive and positive manner
  • Ensure information contained within job sheet is clear and accurate
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the production area


Requirements:
  • Previous signage experience and an in-depth knowledge of the industry is essential
  • Self-motivated with excellent leadership and teamworking skills
  • Reliable with good time management skills
  • Problem solving and communication skills
