Customer Service Executive / Account Manager

The Company:

My client is a multi-award winning Print Management business who are looking to recruit someone who is passionate about providing a positive customer service experience and strives to offer the best support they possibly can. The right candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in print environment is highly advantageous but not essential.

The Role:  

  • Building relationships with a set of customers, being their first point of contact
  • Project managing orders from artwork to delivery and signing off jobs to go over, including all correspondence and quoting to accounts for invoicing
  • Maintaining monthly customer targets
  • Maximising new opportunities that come into the business, including follow up calls and meetings
  • Making jobs ready to be processed
  • Administrational duties
  • Helping customer services to continue to grow and develop - taking on a pivotal role
