Our client is a leading print management company based in the North West, selling the full solution to a variety of markets including catering, education, construction, restaurant and pub markets. They offer in-house creative services and source or manufacture all forms of print, digital print, large format and mailing.

They are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their expanding team, responsible for growing sales from new accounts and upselling / cross selling to an existing client base.

  • Manage your accounts in order to exceed sales target
  • Assist the CEO and Managing Director in securing new business for the group
  • Replace lost business with new business from your accounts by cross or upselling
  • Be aware and continually review the customers' business strategies in order to optimise potential within the accounts
  • Responsible for producing an accurate business plan outlining strategy, tactics and timing for account development
  • Identify senior people within account and introduce to CEO and Managing Director
  • Ensure networking is carried out at every given opportunity
  • Endeavour to keep in contact with any current contacts that leave current client and take up a position in a new company
  • Attend and contribute to team sales meetings

  • Current experience operating in the print / print management sector
  • Ability to offer a solutions approach to clients incorporating the complete group offering
  • Significant commercial experience in complex business environments
  • A proven track record as a strong relationship builder
  • Demonstrable track record in successful sales conversion
  • You will be able to close a deal and provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business
