Victory Graphics are currently looking to recruit a Flexographic Business Development Manager to join their fast growing business in Artwork, Repro and Flexographic plates.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate & experienced team, armed with the latest technology & to share the passion that has seen the team succeed in raising print quality & achieving productivity gains within their expanding client base.

Additional responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new customers.

• Collect necessary information to qualify whether a potential client could truly benefit from product & services offered by Victory Graphics.

• Ensure a smooth transition of information and feedback to supporting staff from generated leads.

• Work closely with the Victory production team.

• Continually evaluate available technologies, both at the client’s facilities & at Victory Graphics, to ensure continual benefits are experienced.

• Accountable for developing & executing strategies to land new business.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must possess excellent sales, time management, communication and sales presentation skills.

• Sales experience in the flexographic industry essential.

• Knowledge of flexographic hardware and software preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; candidate must be able to work and communicate well with clients as well as Victory supporting staff.

• Superb written, verbal, and reporting skills are a must, utilizing database, spreadsheets & presentation software.

• Must be highly motivated and be able to self-manage
