Sales Manager - B2 / Digital Print
Our client is a dynamic and successful printing company. With a turnover of £2.5 million, the client offers under one roof: design studio, B2 litho, digital print, web, large format, as well as 10,000 sq ft of storage space.
Due to growth, the company are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to help develop and grow the business.
The ideal candidate will be:
- From a strong sales background within the commercial print market
- Knowledgeable or experienced in the B2, Web & Digital Print industry
- Able to bring a client base and develop new business in core markets and potential new markets
- Experience managing a sales team or man management
- Maintaining ongoing competitor analysis
- Demonstrate strategic planning and identification of organic and new business opportunities in line with the researched strategic sectors
- Setting targets for the team and individually
- Able to build on relationships in order to maximise product and service offerings
- Confident when dealing with clients and have excellent negotiation skills and
- Working with clients offering a consultative approach and a full service solution
