Our client are a large format digital and screen print company based in the North West. They offer a wide range of products including Point of Sale, Displays, Roller Banners, Pop Up's, Internal and External Signage, Window Displays, Floor Graphics, Hoardings, Posters and Stickers to their nationwide client base.

They are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their expanding team.

  • Take ownership of projects and clients and liaise between clients, production, studio & fitters
  • Working with the Directors to help manage the existing client base
  • Taking briefs and delivering ideas
  • Answering calls, liaising directly with clients and dealing with their requirements
  • Processing orders and artwork for clients
  • Creating opportunities to generate new business
  • Generating and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  • Generating quotations and booking in work using MIS
  • Chasing artwork and liaising with studio and clients with regards to artwork issues
  • Track and ensure all jobs are delivered on time & correct
  • Identifying clients who's turnover has dropped off and aim to increase
  • Promoting new products and services and increase spend of existing clients
  • Keep production in the loop with up-coming work
  • Putting new leads onto MIS and follow up
  • Utilising MIS to create meaningful reports

  • The ideal candidate will be familiar with using Tharstern MIS system
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Ensure effective time management and territory planning
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience of the large format industry and knowledge of products and processes
  • IT skills, including Excel and use of an MIS system
  • An eye for design and ability to interpret client briefs and translate to studio
  • Articulate with good verbal & written communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, positive and professional at all times
  • Keen to take ownership of projects
  • Calm under pressure
  • Problem solver with good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident and able to win the respect of others
