Our client is a leading signage company in the South East, they are currently looking for a high calibre Signage Project Manager who will play a vital role in the management of client orders. This role requires determination and flexibility to ensure that all projects are managed to exceed client expectations. Communication to clients and colleagues ensures we provide informative and transparent details about each project. Maintaining an excellent relationship with your client accounts is vitally important. You will have a keen eye for detail and ensure that you provide accurate, detailed and organised information on the project to all involved. Ultimately, the Project Manager is responsible to ensure that the client receives a smooth and excellent service from start to completion.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of all projects
  • Attend client meetings, site surveys and create detailed brief pack
  • Ensure a good understanding of the project scope and create detailed documents for colleagues
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Manage project budget with commercial awareness and improvements in mind
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
  • Advise and educate client on technical aspects and production process
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and resources
  • Manage and develop relationships with the client
  • Communicate with client throughout with updates on the status of the project
  • Liaise with client to ensure project is put through in a timely manner
  • Report to Operations Manager about workload and meeting requirements
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure up to date information on the project
