The Company:

Media and marketing services provider with creative design & production services.  Working with Clients that include global brands, to deliver an effective marketing strategy that includes websites, advertising, print, packaging, fulfilment and promotions. 

The Role:

As Account Manager you will be the lead day-to-day client point of contact on a busy marketing communications account. You will report directly to the Account Director, but lead a team of two dedicated Junior Account Executives, while also overseeing additional administrative support personnel from the wider Marcom’s team. For this particular long standing client (high profile Global Brand) they provide a service offering ranging from marcoms through to artwork, design, print, logistics and fulfilment and media booking.

  • Daily liaison with clients and suppliers, predominantly via telephone and email, but also with attendance at regular client meetings and production of appropriate client reports
  • Project management of multiple marcoms projects within tight timescales
  • Oversight and mentorship of two Junior Account Executives
  • Relationship building and management of both internal and external contacts
  • Identifying areas of continued account and commercial opportunities and supporting the Account Director to drive overall business growth
  • To brief and manage multiple artwork and creative artwork projects plus the coordination of various photography projects
  • Management of client print requirements, liaising closely with the in-house Print Team, but also directly with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous account/project management experience, preferably with and understanding of marcoms requirements
  • Ability to think strategically as well as operationally
  • Excellence in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Fully computer literate – MS packages with emphasis on Excel and Google Docs
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to work within a marketing and creative environment
  • Excellent organisational skills - detail oriented
  • Proven experience of adding value to accounts
  • Strong communication skills, bags of enthusiasm and motivated to succeed
