The Company:

The Company specialise in printed communications and document management.  Extensive digital and litho printing capabilities, providing a high quality, fast-turnaround print service to City based clients. Handling all their print requirements and providing a solution that fits with their needs and branding

The Role:

The CSR will be the active link between the field sales team, the customer and the production team:

  • Handle all in-bound sales enquiries, prepare quotes via SAP, track outstanding quotes and updates with customer follow-up
  • Daily processing of all customer orders through the SAP system and report to the Business Manager on daily billing values / forecasting
  • Up-selling, solution-selling approach – this requires familiarity and confidence with the Company’s products & services, and client requirements
  • Resolve queries in pre-production with clients, including gaps in the specification, the delivery instruction, and artwork approval loop (noting the role of the designer to ensure final artwork sign-off)
  • Responsible for client liaison through to final delivery, including updating on progress, communicating delays and managing / meeting client expectations
  • Make customer follow-up calls (within 24 hours) – confirming delivery, thank you for the business, update the CRM system with customer data, quotes and opportunities and provide the Business Manager with sales forecasting analysis
  • Customer records should be maintained and kept up to date
  • CSR is the “face and the voice” of the Company
