Our client is a leading signage & graphics company based in the South East who are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company. Mainly focusing on the Leisure Industry; Restaurant, Hotel, Pub, Nightclubs, Cinemas, Theatres. It is key that the Sales Manager defines and achieves long-term goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities and maintains an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisation sales goals and revenues
- Business development
- Develop Sales presentation and proposals
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis
- Generate high quality client leads, identify the decision makers and follow up
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
- Create detailed client briefs to ensure effective handover for quoting and project management
- Co-ordinate, record and monitor sales leads, activities and orders
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions and networking events
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed expectations
- Gain a clear understanding of a customer's business and requirements
- Convert leads into active clients and continue to grow their future orders
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM
- Work with marketing resources and promoting the brand
