Our client is a leading signage & graphics company based in the South East who are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company. Mainly focusing on the Leisure Industry; Restaurant, Hotel, Pub, Nightclubs, Cinemas, Theatres. It is key that the Sales Manager defines and achieves long-term goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities and maintains an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisation sales goals and revenues
  • Business development
  • Develop Sales presentation and proposals
  • Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis
  • Generate high quality client leads, identify the decision makers and follow up
  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Create detailed client briefs to ensure effective handover for quoting and project management
  • Co-ordinate, record and monitor sales leads, activities and orders
  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions and networking events
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed expectations
  • Gain a clear understanding of a customer's business and requirements
  • Convert leads into active clients and continue to grow their future orders
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM
  • Work with marketing resources and promoting the brand
