A long-established print company based in the Leeds area has an opportunity for a senior manager looking for their next career move. Our client is looking for an Operations Director to manage all activities related to the daily operations and development of the company. This will be accomplished through leadership, direction, and motivation of all employees. The Operations Director’s interplay with customers, vendors and employees will fulfil our client’s commitment to corporate profitability.
The role of Operations Director will require the effective management of the following:
* Health & Safety, Environmental
* Purchasing & Planning
* Materials management
* Financial budgets/Cost reduction
* Continuous improvement
We are looking for a strong influencer and leader with captivating communication skills. You will be expected to provide leadership and employee development through performance management, training/development, coaching/mentoring and motivation of management.
