Our client is a well-established POS & POP company whose clients include leading retail and brand companies.

They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team, responsible for selling their expansive product range across the UK.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Selling 3D POS, FSDU's, cardboard displays, window graphics and large format print to clients within the retail sector
  • Proactively liaise with each client on a regular basis to obtain opportunities to drive sales
  • Proactively follow up all successful orders for feedback and to measure client satisfaction
  • Ability and confidence to source new business through cold calling and networking
  • Remain in regular contact with each client to ensure the production of accurate forecasts on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Maintain a record of deals with each client and ensure that all quotations and proposals are in-line with historic trends and client acceptance
  • Drive and manage sales and gross margin growth with each client across all the company's services
  • Fully understand what each client values and ensure that the company delivers an outstanding level of service that matches that requirement specifically
  • Develop strong professional and personal relationships with each client, based on regular face-to-face interaction and back up communication on the telephone primarily and email
  • Actively work with each client and with internal departments to ensure that the company is continually improving service levels
  • Previous experience selling POS & displays is essential
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Be a results-focused and energetic salesperson who flourishes in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills
  • Able to achieve set targets and exceed them
