This role is managing multiple accounts in the South West, you will be based on site 2/3 days per week and home based 2/3 days per week depending on the Client's and the Team's needs.

As the Account Director you'll take whole responsibility for a number of major new and established Client's, supported by on site teams and a support team at Head Office. You must ensure your teams provide strategic support across a mix of media including direct mail, point of sale, catalogues, marketing print and social media.

Essential for this Account Director role is a strong background in Print Management with excellent all round print, project & campaign management experience so you are able to understand the Client's needs. You must carry gravitas with the ability to quickly strengthen and develop relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders and suppliers. You will be a strong leader and a people person with, able to delegate well, communicate clearly, lead by example and develop your team.
For this role you will need to be self-motivated, outgoing with a great sense of humour, able to deal with client pressure and short timelines, you also need to be savvy at using Excel.
