An exciting Account Management opportunity has arisen within a highly-esteemed print supplier based in Hertfordshire. 

Working as an Account Manager within our Client Services department you will be the primary point of contact for some of the key clients and responsible for ensuring thorough development of the client relationship. You will direct and control the end to end process from enquiry to final review, including the fulfilment of orders and contract management. You will support the Client Services Director and Client Service team to deliver quality service to all our clients. 

We are looking for someone who has a “can do” attitude and takes a positive approach to every task in hand. The ideal candidate must also be proactive, with excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks.

Personal Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Account Management experience within a challenging demanding and fast paced environment.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s, SLA’s and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Intermediate on Microsoft Office including excel.
• Committed, organised and possesses high levels of attention to detail.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build and maintain positive working relationships within a client facing environment.
• Customer focused with experience of going above and beyond to reach targets.
