Major UK Signage Business with an enviable national reputation for quality products and supreme customer service, seeks an outstanding Sales Account Manager to nurture relationships and maximise sales and margin revenue from an impressive existing customer account portfolio.

Combining total coverage with local knowledge, they offer the most effective signage solutions, matching the requirements of any contract, large or small, via cutting-edge production technology and highly skilled personnel, so ideally you will have 3 -5 years client facing/project management experience within the signage and graphics industry. A background in design, production and installation would be beneficial, with strong knowledge of technical process and product specifications.

Responsible for developing and enhancing their existing Client relationships, you will build a high level of understanding for all key accounts, maximising the potential opportunity from each Account and managing the conception through to delivery of multiple Signage projects,

The role is primarily office based, but you will regularly attend Client meetings and briefings, also carrying out accurate and comprehensive site surveys to establish job scope and technical requirements (pool car provided), so your diligent use of the company MIS (Clarity) and your excellent communication skills will be vital in managing Client expectations & delivering service excellence.

You will also be expected to work closely alongside the Business Development team, using the CRM system & their own initiative to identify & engage with new market opportunities, so we seek an ambitious individual, with disciplined project management skills, but that is also innovative & inquisitive, with the initiative & drive to maximise their career potential within a very supportive & rewarding employer.
