Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Our ever-growing client who have offices in the North West as well as London, is one of the largest independent and longest established UK companies delivering Print Management services. They supply a wide and varied range of print and marketing solutions such as Litho Printing, Direct Mail, POS, Large Format and Digital Print for their clients whom include a number of major blue-chip organisations as well as NHS, Social Housing and Education.

They are now looking to recruit a Direct Mail Account Executive to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Office Manager the successful candidate will work as part of the busy direct mail team within the sales department.

Responsibilities / Requirements:
  • Provide first class customer service at all times
  • Work to strict deadlines and able to manage multiple projects
  • You will provide support and guidance to your specific client base ensuring projects run smoothly from the initial concept through to completion, developing strong relationships with the client
  • Knowledge of direct mail, transactional print and general print is desired
  • Knowledge of different postal services, printing techniques and print finishes is desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of handling client data & working to ISO standards
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage own work load effectively
  • Negotiate with suppliers directly
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Recognising where methods can be improved to benefit both the client and the business
  • Be proactive in your approach towards the client, helping them meet their business objectives and offering solutions
  • Previous experience of working within the print industry in a customer service role would be a distinct advantage
