Customer Service Representative
Our client is a high-quality printer which provides an expert service to an impressive list of clients across the country. They help with every aspect of the campaign, from cutting costs, improving response and ultimately maximising returns.
They are looking to expand their award-winning account management team through the recruitment of a smart, ambitious Customer Service Representative.
This requires someone who can excel at communicating externally which also striking great rapport internally too. You will provide a personal service that will help build long standing customer relationships.
As the first point of contact for a set of customers, you will be responsible for the following:
• Taking Enquiries
• Deciding Margins
• Quoting Customers
• Making jobs ready to be processed
Applicants must have strong IT skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Candidate must exert a creative flare and a strong understanding of offline marketing and print. We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond; prepared to roll their sleeves up when they need to.
