Our client a leading large format manufacturer of bespoke corporate branding and products. Due to further investment in the latest digital press technology along with full in-house finishing capabilities our client is now looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
With full manufacturing, design and installation capabilities in house our client has a fantastic client base of high end clients including prestige automotive companies, telecommunication companies, construction / housing companies to name but a few.

  • Grow and develop existing accounts passed over by the company
  • Liaising and building relationships with clients
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills are required, together with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
  • The ability to multi task and simultaneously manage multiple jobs
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A flexible and robust attitude and be able to work to deadlines
  • Identify sales opportunities to grow accounts
  • Understanding client's business via visits and effective research and communication
  • Upselling where opportunities present themselves
  • Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis
  • Ensure a positive customer experience is the main focus for you and the business
  • Following up on quotes, samples and prospecting leads effectively
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to eefficiently manage and prioritise tasks
  • MIS Tharstern experience would be of an advantage
  • Estimator / Account Manager Experience
