Account Manager | Direct Mail – Print Management | North West | £25k-£30k + Generous Bonus
Specialist suppliers to the Public Sector, our client works within a niche area and is extremely highly regarded for their continued professionalism and ongoing expertise in print management and mailing services.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising daily with clients and suppliers over the telephone, email and occasionally face to face – developing and maintaining excellent relationships
- Overseeing complex direct mail campaigns which are extremely time sensitive
- Accurate data inputting and proof reading where required
- Supporting the commercial team on an ongoing basis
The successful candidate will:
- Have the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Possess excellent attention to detail, especially when proof reading, checking data etc.
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate good knowledge of multichannel marketing methods including email and postal distribution
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a professional, smart appearance at all times when in the office
- Have the ability to look at data and work with client supplied data files in various formats
- Have a good knowledge of all printing methodologies, especially direct mail and fulfilment
