On a day-to-day basis as an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Strategically managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts
- Providing the quality of service that customers are used to
- Ensuring customers are informed of the company’s complete range of products and services
- Working alongside the commercial and data processing teams
- Developing client relationships and following up to create solid business growth
Key attributes required:
- Experience in customer service/account development
- Understanding of data, direct mail or transactional print
- Working knowledge of GMC/Quadient software
- Ability to deal with complex data briefs
- Proven ability to strategically manage and grow accounts
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
