Account Manager | Multi-Channel Solutions: Data, Direct Mail & Cross Media | South Yorkshire | Up to £35k + Bonus & Benefits

An exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work for a PrintWeek multi-award winning print company.


As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing an agreed portfolio of key accounts focused on direct mail, cross media and multi-channel campaigns
  • Providing advice and solutions to clients 
  • Taking client briefs ensuring that the client needs are completely understood
  • Booking work into production and progress chasing, keeping customers informed of the status of their jobs at all times in accordance with deadlines
  • Reporting back to the client regularly on account progress


Key attributes required:

  • Strong experience as an Account Manager in a multi-channel communications provider
  • A mix of experience across direct mail, cross media and multi-channel campaigns
  • Service minded, proven customer management skills
  • Energy and drive to seek and deliver the quality and consistency of client service expected 
  • Ability to build relationships and develop business
  • Commitment, resilience and willingness to work to client, project and workload deadlines as required 
  • Fully proficient in the use of Excel/MS systems
