BRISTOL


£Open (Depending on Experience) + 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays


My client is a leading large format digital and graphics company based in the South West. The company specialise in everything from exhibitions to museums, retail displays to signage, workspace interiors and more.

They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team, the role will be split between growing and developing existing accounts and new business.

The successful candidate must be ambitious and looking to grow their career with long term management potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow and develop existing accounts passed over by the company
  • Provide the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits
  • Identify sales opportunities to grow accounts
  • Understanding client's business via visits and effective research and communication
  • Meeting client representatives where appropriate
  • Upselling where opportunities present themselves
  • Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis
  • Ensure a positive customer experience is the main focus for you and the business
  • Establishing customer requirements quickly
  • Liaising with internal departments as and when required
  • Following up on quotes, samples and prospecting leads effectively
  • Effective delivery of sales targets and goals
  • Ensuring customer data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Take on additional tasks as requested


Requirements:
  • Previous experience within the large format / graphics industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management
