Responsibilities will include:
- Upselling and cross selling printed products to business customers
- Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound call to existing and potential new clients
- Assist with the growth of the business
- Demonstrating strong sales results
- Achieving KPIs, based on sales figures and activity
- Communicate effectively with clients daily
- Effective use of internal systems
Customer service/sales experience is essential. Printing/Marketing/Media experience will make you really stand out. Leads will be sourced through inbound enquiries and existing clients. You will be provided training to generate new opportunities with existing clients through outbound calls. Your hard work, ambition and commitment to excellence will be generously rewarded.
