As a Screen Production Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning and scheduling work across the department
- Training staff
- Implementing and monitoring KPIs
- Overseeing continuous improvements where required
- Maintenance and upkeep of equipment
- Quality control
- Producing high quality merchandise and print
- Ordering stock
- Working a day shift
Key attributes required:
- Screen print experience
- Textile printing an advantage
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills
