Print Sales Manager
One of the longest established printers in Essex is looking for a talented sales manager to run a mature sales team. This is a hands-on opportunity within a company which provides a supportive environment with an entrepreneurial culture. They need a driven senior salesperson who achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
This "player-coach" will design and implement the strategic sales plan to expand our client’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Alongside this, the role of sales manager will be to actively manage the sales team with a focus on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals.
This role requires candidates with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally. We are looking for someone with a strong business sense and who has proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do, you will be eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover. Coming from a printing background with successful experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager, you will be able to offer invaluable advice to both staff and clients.
