They now have a key opening within their production team, and seek an experienced QA Manager to ensure quality of finished products through the establishment, management and maintenance of plant quality systems. You will perform and oversee internal audits and review results in order to continue to strive for operational excellence.
This role requires someone with strong people management skills, who can coach, mentor and train employees to adhere to quality systems and establish a consistent level of quality, accuracy and accountability.
Communication skills will also be key, not only for continuously conveying quality procedures, but also to liaise with plant personnel regarding any quality concern.
We are looking for an analytical thinker whose strengths lie in problem solving. A key part of this role will be handling root cause and corrective/preventative actions thoroughly and effectively.
