Regional Sales Manager (SK3381)
My client is a display business who have proven to be a sector-leading company which has huge growth potential. All frames are designed, developed and manufactured in the UK and are now sold worldwide. The brand has a reputation for design innovation and quality, and offers a genuinely unique proposition to clients looking for a self-build system or a professionally installed custom-made stand that can be re-used at multiple events.
Their growth trajectory has been very strong and their expansion plans offer an excellent opportunity for a regional sales candidate to generate additional sales throughout the South of the U.K, This position is home based.
Reporting to the Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager responsibilities are:
⦁ Manage your own territory from a home base
⦁ Build strong relationships with customers, dealers and end users
⦁ Actively manage and build existing accounts and develop new accounts
⦁ Develop and increase sales to achieve targets
• Support the rest of the sales team and contribute to future sales strategy
⦁ Selling high-value exhibition and display products and large format graphics
⦁ Able to demonstrate a track record of new business sales delivery
⦁ Able to build strong business relationships based on delivering promises and supporting the client’s business
⦁ Driven, self-motivated sales professional with a true desire to succeed
⦁ Articulate, strong communication and sales both oral and written
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Possess a good standard of education and is computer literate
Regional Sales Managers Remuneration:
⦁ Base salary £30k
⦁ OTE £40K to £55k in the first year, depending on experience.
⦁ Holidays – 20 days plus statutory Bank Holidays
