Account Manager | Direct Mail | North London | £negotiable on experience
We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join an award winning Print company, if you know your direct mail and have strong client relationship management and communication skills...you could have found a new job!!
As the Account Manager you will responsible for the day-day management of the knowledgeable Account Management team, customer service and delivery of direct mail and print campaigns through constant liaison with marketing managers, suppliers and supply chain contacts on all matters relating to printed marketing communications. There is a fair bit of administration required so you will need to be skilled in Microsoft Office software for reporting and analysis requirements.As the Account Manager you will provide guidance to clients and take ownership for the end to end campaign management process, from brief through to delivery.
Key skills and experience essential:
- Significant Print & Direct Mail experience and technical knowledge
- Experienced in handling data for large and complex campaigns preferred but not essential
- Strong admin skills (Microsoft Office packages)
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills
