INSTALLATION MANAGER - SIGNAGE

OXFORDSHIRE / BUCKS / BERKSHIRE

£Open Depending on Experience

Our client are a signage company based in the South East, they manufacture and install signage to the highest standards to some of the UK's largest companies.

They are currently looking to recruit an Installation Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out on-site health and safety inspections
  • Writing reports
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of the company's working practices and procedures and raising quality standards
  • Managing all installation staff and fitters of which there can be up to 24 per day on-site
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Arranging installations
  • Arranging access equipment
  • Contacting site prior to installation visits
  • Conducting risk assessments and method statements


Requirements:

  • Construction site experience is essential
  • NEBOSH Certificate is desirable
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of the signage and graphics industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines
  • Good motivation skills and lead by example
  • Able to 'think outside of the box' as and when needed
