Sales Manager – Food/Flexibles Division | Film Packaging | DACH region| Highly Attractive Package + Bonus/OTE

The role will take responsibility for a successful and established region, devising and implementing strategy for growth from a group product perspective.

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of  a portfolio of accounts
  • Recognising the opportunities within them and proposing solutions to improve business
  • Selling a full range of high performance films, laminates and flexo/gravure printed flexibles 
  • Covering multiple food markets to include meat, fish and confectionery
  • Covering the DACH region in a field sales capacity 

Key attributes required:

  • Flexible packaging experience in a commercial/sales capacity is a must 
  • Knowledge of high performance laminates and films
  • Computer literate – comfortable working with Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word, Outlook and computerised sales management systems
  • Comfortable with technical information
  • Consultative approach to sales 
  • Based in the DACH region and able to commute as required between multiple locations
