Glass, machinery and closures supplier providing innovative products for blue chip organisation in the spirits, beverage, home fragrance, food and pharmaceutical markets across the UK.  Operating a state of the art site, this organisation holds a strong reputation creating excellent products and solutions for their clients.  

As Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the negotiation of process, payment terms and SLA’s
• Reviewing and assisting customer agreement contracts and monitoring progress
• Ordering materials and supplies when required 
• Monitoring supplier performance whilst building and maintain relationships
• Supporting CI initiatives

Key attributes required:

• Must have at least 2 years previous experience in procurement 
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrable experience with Sage 200 preferred
• Strong organisation and time management skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiation and dealing with major suppliers
