One of the UK’s leading providers of print and direct mail services is on the search for a business development manager to work collaboratively with customers, providing strategic advice, support and expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to achieve positive campaign outcomes.
They are looking for someone from the direct mail sector who has experience with bespoke solutions, using compliant data to provide personalised communications to increase customer engagement. You will advise customers on the best way to segment data, so campaigns are sent to the right people, in the right way, and at the right time. Our client has invested heavily in technology which enables the delivery of highly targeted, personalised customer communications. Whatever the scale and complexity of the campaign, you will help maximise response rates and ROI.
A percentage of the job function is looking after existing accounts, but we must stress that we need someone whose sales game is strong is because there will be an element of generating new business using existing customer networks. Success will lie in the ability to use sales experience to suggest actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
