As a group they incorporate a number of UK manufacturing sites as well as a marketing and separate data agency servicing clients in the retail, financial, media, technology, charity, travel, telecoms and utility sectors.
As Business Development Director you will be responsible for:
- Devising and delivering winning bids & tenders
- Utilising a solutions approach, promote the group’s range of fully integrated solutions across manufacturing and non-manufacturing divisions
- Working with internal divisions across client services and sales functions to fully integrate a group mentality
- Devising and implementing strategy for growth across a range of core market sectors
- Working to the group strategic business plan
Key attributes required:
- Background in print management or complex manufacturing environments such as multi channel solutions, direct mail, transactional print
- Excellent communicator with gravitas
- Proven track record in business development
- Successful track record leading bids and tenders working with internal teams to deliver
- Able to influence and win hearts and minds
