The role of an Account Manager is to serve as a client’s first point of call - whether they are an existing client or potential – and keep them informed of every stage of production from quotation through to delivery of the finished print.
We are looking for an excellent communicator able to build rapport with clients and coordinate efforts with colleagues to join our team and manage various accounts simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player. Experience in working to tight deadlines and with a quick turnaround would be an advantage, and the willingness to gain thorough understanding of materials, costs and production efficiencies is a must.
