Customer Service/Account Executive
This award-winning company seeks a quality individual to fill the role of Customer Services Executive. The successful candidate would be joining a company which partners with some of the most exciting global brands.
As Customer Services Executive you will be responsible for:
•Handling print requirements for a full range of self-adhesive labels
•Estimating using Label Traxx
•Raising job tickets
•Planning jobs and overseeing through the factory
•Communicating with various departments and the client, where required, to ensure successful production of jobs as estimated
To be considered for this position, you will have:
•A background in labels, Flexo ideally, but litho print will also be considered
•Good estimating skills
•Enthusiasm for customer service and client development
•IT skills to include Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
