We are a full-service multichannel solutions company that have been helping businesses for over 30 years. We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join us at an exciting time for our business, as we enter into a period of accelerated growth and development.

This position offers an unrivalled opportunity to lead sales and engagement in an array of sectors including Charity, Utility, Financial, Insurance and Retail.


Immersing yourself as a key member of the sales team, you will be utilising your strong business development skills to identify new business opportunities, both with new and existing clients. You will be commercially astute and look for opportunities to cross sell and promote the company's full services to increase spend and revenue within accounts once onboard. Working closely with the client delivery team to support and monitor project implementation, including all aspects of project's risk management, and ensuring the successful implementation of the designed solutions.

  • Current or recent sales experience in a direct mail, transactional print or a multi-channel environment
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth within accounts once brought on board
  • Ability to build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spend
  • Strong negotiation with great influencing skills
