ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - SIGNAGE

Hours of Work: 8:30am to 5:00pm / Monday to Friday

They are currently looking to recruit an Account Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the right candidate will be preparing an accurate job pricing based on materials, labour and all other cost whilst supporting other Account Managers in winning profitable work through a planned approach to the marketplace, following sales process to quote and convert work in a lean way.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role would be desirable
  • Used to working in a challenging environment and for an exacting client
  • Reliable, confident and team orientated
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficient in IT systems and in the use of Excel, Clarity, Word & Outlook
  • Practical problem-solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Great organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be a great bonus
  • Forecasting accurately and communicating client needs effectively throughout the business to allow for efficient planning and delivery
  • Generating pricing for new opportunities to support in winning them, maintaining the price list for existing accounts and quoting to the client as required
  • Using software calculate best yield of material to enable cost effective solutions
  • Supporting sales process, focusing on excellent service and developing commercial opportunities
  • Maintaining existing client base through professional interactions, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Managing selective project delivery and act as client liaison on project managed jobs, engaging Operations in line with Sales Process
  • Specifying the most appropriate materials for client requirements with input from Operations
  • Communicating proposed timings to all stakeholders
  • Assessing risk and setting up jobs that can be delivered on spec, on time and on margin
