We have a superb new role available with one of the most exciting companies around, they are seeking a talented and dynamic Hybrid Account Director for the management and strategic development on-site their wonderful Client, leading, supporting and developing the team to maximise customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability.  

The Account Director will be expected to be on-site the client premises in Berkshire 2/3 days a week, with the remainder working remotely.

As the Account Director you will manage the Client relationship at a senior level, leading a highly skilled team, we need a Account Director who has a real passion for customer service and is enthusiastic about their team, ensuring cutting edge campaigns are delivered. 

The Account Director must have...

• Excellent 2d print knowledge, ideally DM and POS 
• Previous experience leading account teams for key Clients
• Superb Client relationship skills
• A really proactive and positive attitude
• Previous experience in working with clients to bring innovation and continuous improvement
