Account Executive | Marketing Print & POS | London | £28-30k

• Acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial print requirements
• Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within our prestigious pharmaceutical account
• Coordinate with internal teams across design, production, sales and procurement to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
• Resolving any client queries or issues efficiently and professionally
• Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to provide exceptional customer service 

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a strong client focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholder
• Organised approach, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple channels effectively
• Self-starter and independent mindset able to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs 
• A willingness to learn and a keen interest in the commercial print sector
