ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

WEST YORKSHIRE

Salary Circa £24-26K (Depending on Experience) + 25 Days Holiday

40 Hours per week

Our client is a privately-owned manufacturer of point of sale packaging. They offer a full solution for bespoke folding box board, printed folded cartons, producing cartons and sleeves for a range of market sectors including food.

They are currently looking to recruit an Account Executive to join their team. You will have direct contact with customers via telephone and email. This role is an opportunity to join a progressive forward thinking company who are flexible in their approach to employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct contact with customers via telephone and email
• Liaise with outside Artwork Houses regarding new, revised designs of sleeves or cartons
• Check cutter guides agree to artwork supplied by customer
• Working with the studio staff forward PDF of final artwork and or artwork amendments to the customer for approval prior to print
• Via bespoke MIS set up: products, orders, call off dates and comments
• Contact customers re delivery dates and booking in of product
• Customer weekly stock control via excel spread sheets
• Activities are carried to be out adhering to Health & Safety, COSHH, and Fire Regulations, and BRC Quality and Systems Procedures

Requirements:

• Higher level of education
• Previous experience of working with, Office 365, Windows Excel and Artwork Software
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High levels of accuracy
