The company is an experienced communications company that provides printed and online communication services. They use a multi-channel approach to communications, providing a range of different services to businesses nationwide. The company works with local authorities printing election stationery such as ballot books, postal vote packs and poll cards, as well as annual canvass and other types of council printing. The team has grown exponentially to support the growing demand for this specialist print and mail service.


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Building long term relationships by delivering a quality service
  • Setting and delivering a new sales strategy for the sale of print and post solutions
  • Seeking, identifying and securing new profitable business opportunities for print and post solutions
  • Dealing with well known brands clients across the UK
  • Building relationships with current clients


Key attributes required:


  • Excellent time management skills and ability to progress, co-ordinate and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of multichannel marketing methods including email and postal distribution
  • A good knowledge of lasering and mailing fulfilment including; data handling, personalisation techniques, enclosing and matching of documents
  • The ability to spot opportunities for new business and offer alternatives and new ideas when appropriate.
  • An all-round knowledge of printing methodologies; litho (sheet fed, reel and continuous) & digital.
