Account Manager | 2D and 3D Point of Sale – Retail/Fashion | Hybrid/Remote Leicestershire | £34k - £37k

Global multi site marketing organisation with an impressive portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries renowned for their POS and print services, achieving multiple awards and accreditations.  With a commitment to sustainability, this is a business who works closely with their clients offering a consultative approach, helping them engage with consumers for unrivalled global marketing services.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and managing from start to finish
• Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients
• Briefing suppliers on client requirements
• Providing technical input and advice on print/point of sale to both clients and colleagues as required
• Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time

Key attributes required:

• Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs
• Experience in a client facing role is essential
• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred
• POS conceptual experience
• Previous experience working in Client engagement, POS/Print management and procurement is essential
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
