Account Manager - Global beauty brands - Social media brands team - West London, (Hybrid, 2-3 days)

A natural ability to multi-task, project-manage, and assist your teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery. 

You must be customer facing at all times, managing all aspects of your projects through the production process. You are a pro-active individual, comfortable working both as part of the team and independently, who can foresee, raise risk to the CAD and plan around challenges, whilst managing all “live” jobs and managing clients’ expectations at all times. You are responsible for the financial health of the projects on your Brand/s, ensuring all projects have PO/financial cover. 

Great organisation, meticulous attention to detail, common sense, excellent communication and outstanding customer service and professionalism, are vital to demonstrate to all stakeholders that you have complete awareness of, and are in full control of all of your Brands’ projects.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in these key areas:

• Experience in a retail/corporate environment or agency (production/creative).
• Excellent organisational skills, including a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across all channels.
• The ability to function well and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven project management, self-management skills.
• Takes initiative to accomplish objectives; pushing beyond the boundaries and being proactive.
• High-performer with high-productivity and commitment, to meet project delivery dates.
• Contributes actively to a positive and enjoyable work environment.
