WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing POS campaign projects from start to finish, working collaboratively with a dedicated Project Manager and alongside Studio, Production and Commercial departments. You will be adept at understanding retailer guidelines and SLA’s, delivering on POS campaigns, ensuring they are flawlessly executed. Delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, whilst identifying opportunities to cross sell business solutions

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

• Current or recent account management experience with knowledge of 3D POS campaign management
• Ability to build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spend
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed on expectations
